Return & Refund Policy

● All parcels can be opened and inspected at the time of delivery before making payment. Once payment is made, we do not accept returns or refunds on inspected parcels.

● In case of a damaged or wrong product received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.

● Upon verification, we will either:   ◉ Issue a full refund, or   ◉ Dispatch the correct/replacement product to you.

● Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.


Exchange Policy

● Exchanges are only accepted in case of a wrong or damaged product received.
● The replacement product will be dispatched once the claim is verified.
● No exchanges will be entertained for change of mind or wrong selection by the customer.


Cancellation Policy

● Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
● Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
● To cancel your order, contact us immediately.


Non-Returnable Items

● Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
● Products returned without original packaging.
● Items claimed after 24 hours of delivery.
